“For we do not have a high priest who is unable to
sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every
way, just as we are--yet was without sin.” (Hebrews 4:15, The Holy Bible, New
International Version ©copyright 1984)

WHEN YOU ARE TEMPTED TO SIN, QUOTE SCRIPTURE. JESUS DID.
"1Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil. 2And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungred. 3And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread. 4But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God." (Matthew 4:1-4, The Holy Bible, King James Version)
YOU HAVE NOT BEEN TEMPTED MORE THAN ANYONE ELSE.
"There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it." (1 Corinthians 10:13, The Holy Bible, King James Version)

EXAMINE YOUR CONSCIENCE
“If we say that we have no sin we deceive ourselves, and the
truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive
us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” (1 John 1:8, 9, The
Holy Bible, King James Version)

I'M NOT MAKING THIS STUFF UP!
“16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is
profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in
righteousness:
17 That the man of
God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.”

I HOPE EVERY YOUNG MAN READS THIS AND HIDES IT IN HIS HEART
“How can a young man keep his way pure? By living according
to your word. I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against
you.” (Psalms 119:9, 11 The Holy Bible, New International Version Copyright ©

A WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT
“No temptation has seized you except what is common to man.
And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear.
But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand
up under it.” (1 Corinthians 10:13, The Holy Bible, New International Version

BE HUMBLE
“Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit,
but in humility consider others better than
yourselves. Each of you should look not only to

HOW TO BE BLESSED
I BELIEVE WE NEED TO BE BLESSED MORE THAN ANYTHING! HERE’S A
BIBLE PROMISE THAT TELLS US ONE WAY TO GET A BLESSING SO GREAT THAT THERE SHALL
NOT BE ENOUGH ROOM TO RECEIVE IT:
“Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may
be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I
will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that
there shall not be room enough to receive it.” (Malachi 3:10, The Holy Bible,
King James Version)

BETTER THAN RECEIVING A PUPPY ON CHRISTMAS MORNING
This is a Bible promise about the most awesome gift I have ever
received. It’s a better gift than receiving a puppy on Christmas morning. I should know. I’ve been there, done that.

12”I, wisdom, dwell together with prudence; I possess
knowledge and discretion.
13 To fear the LORD is to hate evil; I hate pride and

and power.
15 By me kings reign and rulers make laws that are just;

I'VE GOT A SCRIPTURE!
“…God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten
Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting
life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that
the world through him might be saved.” (John 3:16, 17, The Holy Bible, King
James Version)

DID YOU EVER HAVE A PARANOID DELUSION?
Did you ever have a “paranoid delusion”? I hope you’re
staying close to The Good Shepherd and are blessed, munching out on the
following little morsel of good counsel from Jesus Christ’s ancestor, David,
king of Israel and prophet. Remember, the lawyers of Jesus’ day, the Pharisees,
plotted against Jesus, and crucified Him. This is sacred scripture:
“The wicked plotteth against the just, and gnasheth upon him
with his teeth. The Lord shall laugh at him: for he seeth that his day is
coming. The wicked have drawn out the sword, and have bent their bow, to cast
down the poor and needy, and to slay such as be of upright conversation. Their
sword shall enter their own heart, and their bows shall be broken.” (Psalm
37:12-15, The Holy Bible, King James Version)

THE EARLY CHURCH BROKE BREAD FROM HOUSE TO HOUSE
“…they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and
breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and
singleness of heart, praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the
Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.” (Acts of the Apostles,
2:46, 47, The Holy Bible, The King James Version)

THE BEATITUDES
3 Blessed (happy,
to be envied, and spiritually prosperous—with life-joy and satisfaction in God’s
favor and salvation, regardless of their outward conditions) are the poor in
spirit (the humble, who rate themselves insignificant), for theirs is the
kingdom of heaven!
4 Blessed and enviably
happy [with a happiness produced by the experience of God’s favor and
especially conditioned by the revelation of His matchless grace] are those who
mourn, for they shall be comforted!
5 Blessed (happy,
blithesome, joyous, spiritually prosperous—with life-joy and satisfaction in
God’s favor and salvation, regardless of their outward conditions) are the meek
(the mild, patient, long-suffering), for they shall inherit the earth!
6 Blessed and
fortunate and happy and spiritually prosperous (in that state in which the
born-again child of God enjoys His favor and salvation) are those who hunger
and thirst for righteousness (uprightness and right standing with God), for
they shall be completely satisfied!
7 Blessed (happy,
to be envied, and spiritually prosperous—with life-joy and satisfaction in God’s
favor and salvation, regardless of their outward conditions) are the merciful,
for they shall obtain mercy!
8 Blessed (happy,
enviably fortunate, and spiritually prosperous—possessing the happiness
produced by the experience of God’s favor and especially conditioned by the
revelation of His grace, regardless of their outward conditions) are the pure
in heart, for they shall see God!
9 Blessed (enjoying
enviable happiness, spiritually prosperous—with life-joy and satisfaction in
God’s favor and salvation, regardless of their outward conditions) are the makers
and maintainers of peace, for they shall be called the sons of God!
10 Blessed and
happy and enviably fortunate and spiritually prosperous (in the state in which
the born-again child of God enjoys and finds satisfaction in God’s favor and
salvation, regardless of his outward conditions) are those who are persecuted
for righteousness sake (for being and doing right), for theirs is the kingdom
of heaven!
11 Blessed (happy,
to be envied, and spiritually prosperous—with life-joy and satisfaction in God’s
favor and salvation, regardless of your outward conditions) are you when people
revile you and persecute you and say all kinds of evil things against you
falsely on My account,
12 Be glad and
supremely joyful, for your reward in heaven is great (strong and intense), for
in this same way people persecuted the prophets who were before you.

THE TEN COMMANDMENTS
2 I am the Lord thy
God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of
bondage.
3 Thou shalt have
no other gods before me.
4 Thou shalt not
make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven
above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the
earth:
5 Thou shalt not
bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD the God am a jealous
God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and
fourth generation them that hate me;
6 And showing
mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.
7 Thou shalt not
take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him
guiltless that taketh his name in main.
8 Remember the sabbath
day, to keep it holy.
9 Six days shalt
thou labour, and do all thy work:
10 But the seventh
day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou,
nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy
cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
11 For in six days
the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested
the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blesses the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
12 Honour thy
father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD
thy God giveth thee.
13 Thou shalt not
kill.
14 Thou shalt not
commit adultery.
15 Thou shalt not
steal.
16 Thou shalt not
bear false witness against thy neighbor.
17 Thou shalt not
covet thy neighbour’s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s wife, nor his
manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is
thy neighbour’s.
(Exodus 20:2-17, The Holy Bible, The King James Version)
